Leading Edge is the creation of a multinational group of military personnel, civilians, academics, and researchers who want to provide a home for healthy, civil debate on airpower issues.

Leading Edge is an independent publication.  Airmen from around the world are instrumental in its day-to-day operations, but it is not beholden to any country, military, or armed service.
